You will receive a confirmation email upon placing an order and another email with tracking info once your order has been dispatched. We aim to ship on the same day. We use Evri for our deliveries.

Postage costs are calculated at the point of checkout, we are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address. International Deliveries can be arranged by emailing info@arbrookcandles.co.uk, where we can calculate delivery costs.

We hope you will be delighted with your order, however we accept returns within 14 days provided the candle has been unused and is in good condition in the original packaging.

In these circumstances we offer an exchange (excluding postage cost) or a full refund (less the original delivery cost) provided the item has not been used within 30 days of receipt of the package in question.

Please email info@arbrookcandles.co.uk quoting your order number and the reason for the return before sending anything back to us and we will happily assist you.

CANDLE QUESTIONS

Always burn your candle on a level fire resistant surface and do not burn for longer than 4 hours. Keep away from flammable materials and never leave your candle lit while unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Always trim to 5mm before lighting this helps the candle to burn evenly and without the black soot and for longer.

The first burn is the most important – it helps to let the candle burn for 4 hours to help the wax pool reach the edge. We always like to remind people that wax has memory, meaning that if your candle doesn't burn to the edges, it will begin to tunnel and won't burn evenly the next time.
